  • Added Option to Request Guides and Vote on Guide Requests!
    • Every Sub can put in one Request AND has 1 vote
    • Guides are displayed sorted by the sum of the votes for the game, then the votes for the guide
    • Initially Guides for 3 different games can be requested: Civ V, X-COM2 and X-COM Long War, let me know if you want to have another game in there.
    • NOTE: THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES THAT EVEN VERY HIGHLY UPVOTED GUIDEREQUESTS WILL BE FILLED BY ARVIUS!
  • Added System to display messages (and reworked how pages are created for that).
